Donation of relief funds for typhoon damage in the Philippines
Chodai Co., Ltd. has, together with other Japanese companies doing business in Butuan City on Mindanao island, donated 1 million yen in relief funds to the areas damaged by Typhoon Haiyan in November 2013.
The funds were donated through a local partner, Equi-Parco Construction Company, and Mr. Munehiro, General Manager of Business Planning Division at Chodai, personally delivered a list of donors to Mr. Ronnie, President of Equi-Parco, on January 14th.
It is hoped that these funds will make even a small contribution to local reconstruction efforts.
