Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) that utilize private sector funds or the management and technical expertise for public work projects with excessive financial burdens and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) positioned as a more widely captured provision of public services through public and private collaboration are gaining attention. Chodai entered into the PPP/PFI project business early and offers innovative “community development” plans through cooperation between the public and private sectors with the collective knowledge and expertise of its team of professional engineers who specialize in infrastructure development.

At Chodai, we have developed a system that enables us to provide prompt and accurate support according to the needs of government or private entities and respond to various public-private cooperative business methods. For example, in the private sector business, we contribute to community development projects from the perspective of a private firm, leveraging our expertise gained through our experience in providing PPP/PFI project consulting services to governments. We form community-based consortiums together with local companies and manage entire projects for the long-term from procurement to project completion.
